Our recent stay at the Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites was nothing short of exceptional. Overall the location was good. The staff was really not that friendly and there was a gal sitting on her phone watching a show of some sort really loudly behind me when I checked in. She looked like she could have been staff - not sure. The gal that runs the breakfast in the morning was the first person I came across that greeted me before I greeted her. That was nice. The food is really not that great because the eggs are definitely powdered eggs and the sausage while tasty was very under cooked. in my opinion.

The room was nice and big. It's nice to have a kitchen, dining, and living room separate from the bedroom. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everything needed for a good night's stay was in the room. It's right off interstate 75 and easily accessible. Staff was very nice.

The Front Desk Crew was amazing both check in an check out. It smelled WONDERFUL time the doors opened!!They greeted me with smile's an great energy! That's always a plus. My room was very nice an comfortable. Bed very comfortable. An it was quite for it to be a dog friendly environment! I will definitely make this my hotel every time I come to Valdosta!!!!

The front desk staff was extremely nice while checking in. The room was very large and very clean. Great value for our money. We stayed in 3 other hotels during our trip around GA and SC and this one was by far the nicest and most comfortable stay!!! The breakfast was exceptional!
